Cancellation policy
Any cancellation of your reservation must be communicated in writing. For cancellation conditions, please refer to your booking confirmation. Our cancellation policies are very flexible and we do not apply restrictive clauses, but we ask for seriousness and courtesy.
In any case, cancellations or changes made up to 5 days before the arrival date are always accepted. Cancellations or changes for long-term reservations or during certain important holidays such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, or similar will be mediated with Aqua Resort management, and such cancellations must be motivated by extreme necessity.
No refunds are due to guests who decide to interrupt their stay, which has already been completed and paid for.

Alternatively, you can book online by visiting the "Book an Apartment" page and entering your dates and number of guests in the form fields. You will then receive an email with your information and the cost of the apartment for your chosen period.
If you book by phone, we will send you an email with your information, the requested dates, the apartment you selected, and the total cost of your holiday.
The reservation becomes binding for Aqua Resort only after receiving your confirmation email. Please verify the accuracy of the confirmation information above and report any discrepancies promptly.
This notification must be received no later than 5 days after receiving our confirmation email. After this deadline, we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies in the information provided by the guest.
Upon arrival, a valid ID is required for each guest, including minors.
Check-in is from 11:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
